Client: Thrasher ‘Bad Ass Production’

The most notable ambassadors of the Thrasher brand are their employees in the field, in the trenches (literally), working hard every day to return peace of mind to homeowners. To recognize and celebrate their production team, Thrasher wanted a video that not only provided a true representation of the hard work their teams do for residential and commercial customers, but to also capture those quiet moments of camaraderie between team members.

To accomplish this, I visited several work sites over two weeks to gather footage, then edited the footage to music. This video was then used to kickoff the company annual all-employee meeting, and has since been used to aid in recruiting field production staff.
