French for “pussycat,” Sweet Minou is all about creating a chocolate experience that is playful, unexpected, and silky smooth — with a lot of heart. They start with exquisite and startlingly flavorful cocoa beans that are sourced to bring the greatest impact to the communities that skillfully farm and process them to create a variety of chocolate, nibs, and confections to leave you purring.
